LORD is a specific global ERP solution for the sector of social housing situated in all the regions in Belgium.

 

Identification and patrimony

LORD allows managing identifications such as that of the contacts (for example a lodging candidate, active lodger, co-owner, supplier, lawyer, etc.) and allows the verification of the certificates of incomes, the follow-up of the administrative records, the multiple addresses and the history of the households. LORD also deals with the housing patrimony which can be rented, sold or managed by the company.

 

Rent management and follow-up

LORD takes care of the rent management which allows following the movements of the lodgers within houses. This allows among others to make a detailed follow-up of the entries of new lodgers, exits of the lodgers, the transformations or the transfers, etc.

 

Statements

The statements will be managed in LORD. On the one hand, the charges statement gives more information on the accounting information. These will be structured beforehand by house group in order to draw up an overview of the charges in accordance to the common consumption statement. On the other hand, the statement exists of drawing up an individual account concerning the gas, water and heating consumption.

 

Lodging candidates and housing

The relations between lodging candidates and houses are governed by the same rules as the rent management and thus offer the same advantages like the simulation of the rents and the establishment of the Packages of consumption.

 

CRM

The CRM (Contact Relationship Management) offers to the persons, facing the lodger, suppliers, etc. A tool of data consultation extremely friendly and centred on the information about rent, accounting, technical information, the customer litigation and the other information contained in the ERP.

Technical service management

The internal governance of the subcontracting of the technical interventions is managed on the basis of work demands and work orders with possibility of invoicing of the interventions and the used materials.
